Birmingham CBD Property Investment Seminar

March 14th, 2020 , 38/F, Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong, SoHo, 83 Jervois Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

Birmingham's momentum of growth is seeing a sharp rise. Powered by the Northern Powerhouse Initiative, this second-tier city has become a premium buy-to-let market for foreign investors and homebuyers. Investors are seeing this as a chance to boost profitability and hedge against market volatility.

Ashton Hawks hosted the Birmingham CBD Property Investment Seminar the past weekend and launched Timber Yard. Timber Yard is located nearby the CBD, UK HSBC Headquarter and the upcoming HS2 station. Birmingham will be only one stop away from London once the HS2 completes, and may open up access to key international markets.

The event drew a full house on Saturday. Investors were keen to learn about Birmingham's premium rental appreciation, which is supported by the city's growing workforce.

For safety precautions under the ongoing epidemic, Ashton Hawks implemented a series of sanitary procedures to ensure the well-being of all our participants.
